I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, however, CBD dental is totally different. The facility is clean, the staff (from the front desk to the hygienists) are kind and helpful, and the entire experience was professional. Dr. Serpas explained every detail and every topic discussed in layman terms and made sure I understood completely before he moved on. And when I received my quote the prices were BEYOND reasonable and the staff member who explained them to me made sure I understood that there could be different costs should he discover anything. I appreciated the transparency. I LOVE CBD dental!

Dr. Serpas and his staff at CBD dental are amazing. I am a member of the discount plan and don't have traditional insurance, so my choices for dentists are limited. I found CBD dental through the service after trying another place and being sorely disappointed in their service. (I had to wait two hours for an preset appt time) When I called CBD and explained to them how I was treated by the other dental service, they not only apologized on their behalf, but they promised I would never experience that at CBD Dental. They were not making empty promises. Since that phone call, I have been to CBD dental numerous times (I have bad teeth issues) and for everything from cleanings to root canals and soon, an implant. I have never been seen after the start of my appointment time and if I am early, they are usually ready for me (I do typically take morning appointments, so that could be why). In my experience with this office, everyone, from the Tracy and the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists, are amazing staff. Dr. Serpas is one of the best dentists I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He is extremely professional, is an expert at numbing, encourages dark glasses so you're not blinded by the medical light, and made a clear, logical, understandable treatment plan. I always know what is coming up and I always understand the process I am having that day. If you are seeking reliable, professional, compassionate, and friendly service, I highly recommend CBD Dental Care.

Consider it very lucky to have found this practice. The staff are wonderful and a high priority is placed on the patient being comfortable. Patient consideration is very visible in this practice from the time you walk in the door. I appreciate them and I am very hard to please. Again, it was a win for me.

Very pleased with CBD dental care! I did feel a bit rushed during my filling, and had to wait in the chair for awhile, but I think this was due to another patient having a dental emergency. Overall very happy with the dental services I received.
