CBD Dental was recommended to me by one of my co-workers after having a horrible experience at a previous dental office. Dr. Serpas and Dr. Schmidt are the absolutely the best. Ms. Ashley provided stellar customer service and took exquisite care of me and my daughter. The part that everyone one hates it when it time to pay, but I must say Ms. Kendra put me at ease. She broke everything down for me and makes sure to keep me updated. Overall my experience has been nothing short of spectacular.

I saw Dr. Wallace Serpas as a consult since another Dentist office said I had 3 cavities after a routine cleaning. After having such a poor experience at the other office (Tulane family dentistry), I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Serpas was kind and educated me on one tooth he advised that we watch then went into routine dental care I can do to prevent any future cavities. Dr. Serpas found no cavities in my mouth, but more than anything, made me trust him has a dentist. I look forward to recommending him to all my classmates and friends in New Orleans.

As much as I hate going to the dentist with the shots and drilling and filling pain and have to get more shots . At CBD what a great experience they did it right the first time had no pain could not even fill the shot . Had a great experience for going to the dentist .
